Reconditioning Process
Every Skyjack machine prior to disassembly will be thoroughly checked with all outstanding updates and safety bulletins. before being thoroughly prepped for painting, all weldments are closely checked for any defects.
The Recon Division at Skyjack has all the required tools to complete a professional, high quality paint job. They provide a complete paint line and oven and a state of the art blasting booth.
Each Skyjack machine is meticulously reassembled in order to meet original OEM standards. The following parts are replaced with brand new components: the hydraulic fluids, 110V outlet, filters and hoses, joystick controllers and the main control and main electrical cables. Furthermore, each unit receives new batteries, tires and worn pins and bushings and battery cables are replaced.
The 1st and 2nd tiers have a load capacity of ninety thousand pounds, the TXLC-974 in the 3rd and 4th tiers offers an 85,000 lbs load capacity. These models offer a 97 inch center of load. When at 106 inch center of the load, the TXLC-974 capacity is 82,000 pounds in the 1st and 2nd tiers and in the 3rd and 4th tiers it is still rated at eighty thousand pounds.
